Mild smokiness meddles with the classic flavors of paprika, onion, and garlic with a twist -- cascara! The ground fruit from the coffee cherry brings this blend together into a unique BBQ experience.

Change it up by mixing w/ equal parts brown sugar. Rub onto your protein 30 minutes before tossing on the grill. We've used it on tofu, seitan, chicken quarters, pork short ribs (smoked!), and T-bone steak. It's become a favorite spice rub at the grill and beyond.
