Ingredients: honeybush, rose petals, bee pollen, elderflowers, honeysuckle blossoms, lemon verbena
Use 1 tsp of tea with 8oz of water, approximately 205-212 °F. Let steep for 4-5 mins. Can be infused 2-3 times.
